TRYOUT MATERIAL

Learn and practice the material to master before tryouts!

All student-athletes must learn the sideline chant, cheer, and a dance. The sideline chant and cheer is the same for junior high and high school student-athletes. Please learn the dance of your respective level- the dances are different! You will need to learn the tryout material on your own prior to tryout evaluations. We recommend learning them ASAP and use open gym practices to ask any questions! In addition, please review a toe-touch jump, double-toe touch jump, and motions!

Learn and master the following tryout material
